I'm Rashed, a London based Designer working across visual identity, motion and 360 campaign design. I think visually before I think verbally, approaching ideas through imagery, movement and storytelling. As a dyslexic and neurodivergent designer, creativity has always been my way of exploring and understanding the world.

With over a year of professional experience, I create concept driven visual systems across digital, social, experiential and out of home environments. My work combines branding, campaigns and motion design, with a particular interest in music, entertainment and culturally relevant experiences. I'm drawn to projects that connect physical and digital worlds through thoughtful design and clear storytelling.

My work has been recognised through D&AD New Blood x Editor X: The Portfolios 2023 and Creative Equals Disabled Creatives UK 2026, where my Smirnoff Unlimited project received the Best Adaptable Concept award following presentation at Diageo HQ. Inspired by designers such as Ash Thorp and studios including Studio Nari and Amplify, I'm continually developing my craft and currently open to Junior, Midweight and Internship opportunities within creative studios and in house design teams.
